  • What is a breakaway buckle clasp?

    Breakaway buckle clasps, also commonly called a "Safety" or "Quick Release" collar, auto-releases (with a decent amount of pressure) to allow the cat to easily escape in an emergency without a human's aid. This is beneficial if a cat has its collar stuck on something such as a fence or tree branch.

  • Is the length of the collar adjustable?

    Yes. All our collars are adjustable in length, allowing for any size cat. Simply slide the adjuster to extend or shorten the length of your cat collar.

    Cat collars are adjustable from 6.8" to 10.8"; width is 0.4".
    Bow tie width is 2.56"; height is 1.38".

  • Is the bow tie removable?

    Yes. The bow tie has two elastic loops and it is easily removable.

  • Is the bow tie good for everyday usage?

    Yes. The bow tie is designed to be small and it’s comfortable for cats.

  • Is the gift box included?

    Yes, each cat collar is shipped in a small gift box.

  • How do I cancel an order?

    If you change your mind before we have shipped your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.

  • Can I return the cat collar?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14-days following delivery and receive a full refund for the price of the product.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must NOT show any signs of wear - this also means absolutely NO cat hair attached to the products.
